How does it work?

We loan against most items of value, e.g. gold and small portable electronic items. There are, however, certain brands and models of some items we cannot accept. Please contact our store for clarification.

How much can I get?

We loan a (generous/fair) percentage of the retail price. We cannot loan the full retail price of the item, of course, as we must cover the associated costs incurred if we must dispose of the item, should you choose not to redeem it. All items have differing values to us, and these values can change day to day.

What else do I need?

You need identification that satisfies our requirements and you must be at least 18 years of age. Please view ID Requirements page for more information.

How safe are my goods?

We have been in operation for close to 30 years and treat all items with great care. For your own peace of mind, however, you should ensure you have the items covered under your home contents insurance policy.
